- Scan documents in remote offices using the Web scan module

- Classification
- Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) modules automate document classification using data that is extracted from the capture input channels using OCR, ICR and OMR technologies.
- Pages are automatically grouped and split into logical documents by the IDR modules based on the rules that is defined.
- IDR modules will record all data that is defined in the IDR profiles for the Extract & Validate modules to perform the auto-indexing of meta data.
- IDR modules will automatically assign the document types according to the defined document type definitions. Examples of Document Types are:
- KYC: Proof of Identity
- KYC: Proof of Residence
- Claims: Claim Form
- Claims: Assessors Report
- Short Term Loans: Application Form

- IDR rules could be derived from:
- text patterns in a region of a document (for example “Customer Number”, “Vehicle Registration Number”, “Amount”
- logos on a document (to identify a customer),
- pictures and shapes on a document (for example a face)
- Extract & validate
- The system offers flexible back-end system integration which is essential to ensure accuracy of meta data.
- Our configurable rules engine automates the collection of additional data, for example:
- the Classification module will record a customer reference number based on defined rules
- Extract and Validate modules will call an ERP, CRM or database to collect the rest of the customer data
- Extract and Validate modules will automatically populate the rest of the meta data on the documents based on the configured rules.
- Intuitive web indexing user interfaces to deal Quality Assurance requirements and also deal with Manual Indexing for document patterns that needs to be added to the Automatic Indexing rules.
- Store and notify
- Store documents in a variety of content stores (SharePoint Online, Alfresco Cloud, IBM Content Foundation Cloud and any other cloud based CMIS enabled system).
- The system offers a number of flexible systems integration points to achieve a simple, yet effective way to notify the respective cloud based business systems when information enters the organization through the document processes.

- Document tracking enables organizations to know when documents are originated and enables tracking of the documents throughout the process.
